Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan have engaged in discussions to enhance economic ties and strengthen trade and investment partnerships between the two sides.
The meeting was held during the visit of Saliev Aman Akylbekovich, Ambassador of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan to the UAE. Both sides also aim to support sustainable economic growth.
Held at the headquarters of Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, the meeting took place in the presence of the Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan, Youssef Mohamed Ismail, First Vice Chairman of the Chamber and Head of the Supreme Committee of Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Project Development; and Dr. Ahmed Al Shemeili, Director General of Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce.
Mohamed Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, highlighted the strong UAE-Kyrgyzstan bilateral relations, which have witnessed remarkable progress across various sectors, particularly in the economic, trade, and investment fields.
Al Nuaimi also emphasized the recent exchange of official visits between the two nations, highlighting the commitment of their wise leaderships to strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing cooperation.
During the meeting, the two parties also discussed developing a joint team to organize meetings and workshops for investors, businesspeople, and representatives of the private sector from the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
This initiative aims to enhance communication channels between the business communities in the UAE and Kyrgyzstan and keep them updated on investment opportunities and key commercial projects.
Al Nuaimi also invited the Kyrgyz business community to take part in the trade exhibitions and events organized annually by the Chamber and the Saud Bin Saqr Establishment.
Akylbekovich highlighted Kyrgyzstan’s strong interest in strengthening cooperation with the UAE, particularly with the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The ambassador also welcomed joint efforts with the UAE to explore collaborative opportunities, especially in the field of direct investment.
Furthermore, Akylbekovich affirmed Kyrgyzstan’s commitment to boosting investment flows across various key sectors in both countries.
