Royal Development Holding, a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group, and SAAS Properties, the UAE-based luxury property developer, have joined forces to launch a $435 million (AED 1.6 billion) branded residences development on Al Reem Island.
This comes as part of the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott.
