Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has launched the ‘Entertainment Partner’ program, a strategic initiative designed to support the Kingdom’s rapidly growing entertainment industry.

The program aims to empower entrepreneurs and nurture the development of startups by providing resources, investment opportunities, and a platform for innovation.

The program supports GEA’s vision to enhance the entertainment sector and cultivate a dynamic environment that encourages innovative ideas and nurtures promising projects.

According to the statement, the program is designed to strengthen the startup ecosystem within the entertainment sector by providing a comprehensive range of services tailored to support businesses at every stage of growth.

From early-stage development to full-scale maturity, the initiative provides targeted resources, mentorship, and strategic support to help startups overcome challenges, scale their operations, and make meaningful contributions to the Kingdom’s evolving entertainment landscape.

The program offers a wide array of services, including expert consultation, funding opportunities, training and mentorship, networking platforms, and strategic guidance. These are complemented by comprehensive support packages designed to increase the success rate of emerging projects and help entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of the entertainment industry.

“The GEA is inviting all interested individuals and businesses to apply through the program’s dedicated website. Applicants are required to submit the necessary information in order to access the program’s range of services and support opportunities,” as per the reports.

Saudi GEA

The General Entertainment Authority, formerly the General Authority for Entertainment (GAE), is a government department in Saudi Arabia that regulates the entertainment industry of the country. Established in May 2016 through a royal decree by King Salman, it is responsible for the development, advancement, and expansion of Saudi Arabia’s growing entertainment sector.
