AmiViz, a Middle East-based cybersecurity and AI-focused value-added distributor, has signed a strategic partnership with Cyberhaven to bring the latter’s Unified AI & Data Security Platform to customers across the region.

The partnership aims on strengthening data-centric security amid growing risks from insider threats, AI-driven data leakage, and increasingly complex digital environments.

Under the agreement, AmiViz will distribute Cyberhaven’s full portfolio across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt and other regional markets. The partnership supports AmiViz’s strategy to expand access to next-generation cybersecurity technologies as organizations accelerate digital transformation and strengthen data protection.

Cyberhaven’s platform enables organizations to trace the complete lineage of sensitive data as it moves across applications, devices, users and workflows, allowing security teams to detect and respond to high-risk activity in real time.

The technology is designed to address security challenges associated with generative AI, cloud collaboration and hybrid work environments.

AmiViz stated that it will leverage its regional partner ecosystem to accelerate Cyberhaven’s adoption across government, banking and financial services, energy, healthcare and large enterprises.

Customers will also have access to demonstrations, training, licensing and support through the AmiViz platform.

“Across the Middle East, organizations are adopting AI tools faster than their security teams can track where sensitive data goes. Traditional data protection was built for a world where data stayed inside defined boundaries, and that world no longer exists. Cyberhaven’s data lineage approach gives security teams visibility into how information is actually created, moved, and used across every application and workflow, which is fundamentally different from content scanning alone. As we expand our presence across the region and deepen our investments in local partners and customers, we’re focused on delivering that capability to enterprises that can no longer afford blind spots in their data environments.”

Ilyas Mohammed, COO of AmiViz, commented that the partnership reflects a growing shift toward data-centric security across the Middle East. He emphasized that organizations need deeper visibility into how sensitive information moves inside their environments, especially as AI tools introduce new vectors for data exposure.

The companies said the collaboration will help enterprises across the region strengthen data protection strategies and improve the security of critical information assets.
