The United Arab Emirates and Poland discussed ways to strengthen economic relations and expand cooperation in key sectors, including trade, energy, and advanced technology.
The discussions took place during a meeting in Warsaw between HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, and Radosław Sikorski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
Expanding strategic and economic partnerships
During the talks, the two ministers examined opportunities to develop cooperation and partnership across many strategic sectors aligned with the development priorities of both countries. These key sectors support sustainable development and strengthen economic partnerships between the two nations.
Sheikh Abdullah affirmed the depth of relations between the UAE and Poland, noting the shared commitment of both countries to advancing bilateral ties in a way that supports greater economic prosperity and sustainable growth.
The meeting also addressed regional developments, including the repercussions of the unprovoked missile attacks launched by Iran targeting the UAE and several brotherly and friendly countries.

Sheikh Abdullah expressed his thanks and appreciation to Poland for its position of full solidarity with the UAE, commending the support expressed by Sikorski and his country during the recent developments.
Both ministers also discussed the importance of supporting international efforts aimed at reinforcing regional peace and stability, emphasizing the need for continued cooperation among the international community to address regional challenges and maintain security.
The meeting was attended by Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State; Abdulla Balalaa, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Energy and Sustainability; and Mohammed Ahmed Al Harbi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Poland.
