The agreement aims to develop mechanisms for news exchange and professional training, fostering greater civilizational understanding.
As per the reports, “Through this MoU, UNA and Xinhua aim to facilitate news exchange, content sharing, joint training programs, and collaborative coverage of global events. The partnership is expected to improve mutual understanding, promote accurate narratives, and support journalistic excellence across member countries.”
Further, it also seeks to solidify friendship and mutual understanding while boosting bilateral cooperation in news and information dissemination, to be achieved through media product exchange, reciprocal visits, and training programs and workshops for journalistic and technical staff.
