The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) has unveiled the second edition of the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS), scheduled for 12-14 May 2026 at ICC Hall, ADNEC Centre.
Positioned as the emirate’s flagship event for infrastructure and urban development, Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026 returns with an expanded format that reflects rising global demand, with a stronger emphasis on scale, impact, and execution.
Held under the theme Urban Evolution: Rethinking Cities, Redefining How We Live, the summit will convene heads of government, global CEOs, developers, investors, and innovators from across the infrastructure ecosystem. The goal is to accelerate the delivery of resilient, sustainable, and people-centric urban environments.
Backed by Abu Dhabi’s $57 billion infrastructure pipeline, spanning housing, transport, culture, education, and social sectors, ADIS 2026 reinforces the emirate’s position as a global model for sustainable urban development and effective project delivery.
ADIS reports indicate scale, growth and delivery
According to ADPIC’s Achievement Report, the Centre delivered 100 capital projects in 2025, marking a key milestone in the emirate’s development journey and demonstrating its ability to execute large-scale initiatives efficiently.
With projections indicating that 70 percent of the global population will live in cities by 2050, the urgency to build smarter and more sustainable urban spaces continues to grow. Abu Dhabi’s economy reached a record $88.7 billion (AED 325.7 billion) in the third quarter of 2025.

The challenges cities face today require collaboration at an unprecedented scale, and Abu Dhabi remains committed to sharing its governance frameworks, delivery models, and partnerships with the world. ADIS 2026 brings together leaders from across the global ecosystem to advance solutions that enable cities to grow responsibly while serving the needs of communities.”
HE Eng Maysarah Mahmoud Eid, Director General of ADPIC, commented that,“Abu Dhabi has earned its position as a global benchmark for infrastructure excellence not through ambition alone, but through execution. Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026 reflects our continued commitment to advancing this momentum, convening leading global partners, investors and innovators to collectively advance how cities are planned, financed, and delivered. Abu Dhabi’s pipeline is open to the world, and we invite the world’s best to help shape it.”
Building on its inaugural edition, attended by HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, which drew over 4,100 participants from over 100 countries and resulted in 15 strategic agreements, Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026 will return at greater scale, with broader reach and a sharper focus on delivery.
