Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), a leading aluminum smelter, has officially joined the ‘Employee Loyalty Rewards’ program of Hope Talents, the talent management arm of Hope Fund.
The Employee Loyalty Rewards program is an initiative designed to recognize employee commitment while cultivating a positive and engaging work environment. The program includes monthly cash prize draws across various categories – the Monthly Loyalty Reward, the National Reward and the Youth Loyalty Reward.
By joining this program, Alba aims to retain high-potential talent and foster a culture of recognition, motivation and long-term engagement within its workforce. The agreement was signed by Ali Al Baqali, Chief Executive Officer of Alba and Latifa Mohammed, General Manager at Hope Talents.
