The Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) has launched QIIB Online Shop, a digital rewards marketplace integrated into its mobile and internet banking platforms.
The new service allows customers to redeem their QIIB Rewards Points for products, digital gift cards, and e-vouchers from thousands of local and international brands.
The launch is part of the bank’s efforts to strengthen its digital banking services and expand its customer rewards program. It also supports QIIB’s strategy to provide customers with more digital payment and shopping options through its banking platforms.
QIIB Online Shop enables customers to browse the rewards marketplace, select products or digital e-vouchers, and redeem their QIIB Rewards Points directly through the mobile banking app or internet banking platform.
The redemption process has been designed to be completed in a few simple steps without waiting periods or additional procedures. Customers can redeem their rewards points instantly through the integrated platform.
The marketplace offers a wide range of redemption options, including products, digital gift cards, and e-vouchers from leading local and international brands.
The service is available through QIIB’s existing digital banking channels, allowing customers to manage their banking services and rewards in one place.
The bank stated that the launch reflects its continued investment in digital banking solutions and its focus on improving the customer experience through secure and convenient services.
It also supports the development of its loyalty program by providing customers with greater flexibility in redeeming their rewards.
Abdullah Hamad Al-Mesaifri, Retail Branches Manager at QIIB, said that the QIIB Online Shop is a new addition to the bank’s rewards program and provides customers with more options for redeeming their QIIB Rewards Points.
The platform gives customers access to a broad range of products and digital rewards through a fully integrated service within QIIB’s mobile and internet banking platforms.
Al-Mesaifri noted that the bank continues to develop its products with a focus on customer needs. He added that QIIB Online Shop offers a wide selection of lifestyle products and digital rewards for individuals and families.
Abdullah Hamad Al-Mesaifri emphasized that the customers can redeem their rewards points instantly through a secure digital platform and choose when and how they use their accumulated points.
QIIB customers can use the new service by logging into the QIIB Mobile Banking App and accessing the QIIB Online Shop section, where they can browse available rewards and redeem their QIIB Rewards Points through the online marketplace.
