Bahrain-based Hilal Computers has been recognized by Great Place to Work Middle East, a leading expert on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.
Great Place to Work recognizes the greatest workplaces in the globe through proprietary assessment tools, advisory services, and certification programs. The entity provides benchmarks, methodology, and skills required to develop, maintain, and recognize exceptional workplace cultures.
Hilal Computers’ accreditation was a result that was based on direct feedback from workers who participated in a thorough, anonymous survey regarding their work environment.
A confidential survey that was given out to Hilal Computers staff members served as the first step in the certification procedure. By analyzing the responses in light of a number of important performance factors, the answers were used to quantify the experiences of the employees, such as team building, employee benefits, and personal career progress.
