The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved the Great Place to Work Certification for 2025, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture.

The Great Place to Work honor has been awarded in appreciation of the Saudi Arabian ministry’s efforts to foster an attractive, inclusive, and empowering work environment that nurtures and develops national talent, with the award ceremony attended by the Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef.

This recognition highlights the Saudi Ministry’s strong commitment to implementing world-class human capital practices and building a supportive institutional environment that prioritises employee wellbeing, professional development, and empowerment, while nurturing a deep sense of pride and belonging that contributes to a dynamic, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture.

The Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources is implementing a comprehensive range of employee onboarding programs and human capital development initiatives that have significantly enhanced the competitiveness and attractiveness of its workplace environment.

These efforts include the leadership talent development program ‘Qimam’, the Youth Growth Program ‘YGP’, the provision of integrated digital services for employees, and ongoing enhancements to the overall employee experience, alongside the professional management of the ministry’s facilities to ensure a safe, supportive, and optimal working environment.
