Bahrain’s National Broadband framework, Bahrain Network (BNET) has established a Network Intelligence Centre of Excellence (NICE), to deliver secure, reliable, and stable network services to telecom service providers in the Kingdom.

NICE is developed to provide proactive monitoring and management of Bahrain’s smart digital telecommunications infrastructure networks 24×7 to ensure the continuity of network operations and services by solving any real-time problems. The new center supports BNET’s strategic goal of optimized and efficient digital operations.

Fault Management, to allow the timely resolution of network failures and interruptions, and Performance Management, to predict and avoid service interruptions by proactive network monitoring to ensure consistency in the level of performance, are among the functions covered by NICE.
