CNTXT AI, a leading UAE-based data and AI company, has launched an expanded version of its Arabic voice artificial intelligence platform, Munsit, as demand for AI-powered digital services rises across the country.
The upgraded platform integrates speech recognition and voice generation into a single system designed for use in government services, financial institutions and digital applications, the company said.
Originally introduced as a speech-to-text tool, Munsit has been evolved to a full voice engine.. The latest version combines CNTXT AI’s proprietary speech recognition technology with its Faseeh text-to-speech model, enabling the system to both understand and generate Arabic across more than 25 dialects.
The platform operates as a closed-loop system, allowing audio to be captured, transcribed, analysed and converted back into natural-sounding Arabic speech within one workflow.
Munsit is accessible via API, web workspace and mobile application, and can be deployed on cloud, private infrastructure or on-premise environments, enabling organizations to maintain control over sensitive data.
CNTXT AI reported early adoption across the region, with the platform processing more than 86 million Arabic words and over one million minutes of audio. More than 250 government and enterprise entities are using the system, while its mobile application has exceeded 150,000 users within two months of launch.
The company explained that the expansion reflects growing demand for Arabic-language AI solutions, particularly as sectors such as customer service, digital banking and e-commerce handle increasing volumes of voice-based interactions.

Munsit supports 25+ Arabic dialects at scale
Organizations have been facing challenges in accurately processing Arabic speech, especially across different dialects. CNTXT AI stated that Munsit addresses this gap by enabling large-scale analysis of spoken data.
The platform allows call centers to analyze customer interactions, financial institutions to use voice data for compliance and quality control, and government entities to transcribe and search meetings and citizen engagements in their original dialects.
For developers, Munsit offers pre-built Arabic voice capabilities that can be integrated into applications, reducing the need to build models independently and lowering development time and costs.
The launch comes as the UAE continues to expand its domestic AI ecosystem, with regional companies increasingly focusing on language-specific solutions alongside global advances in foundational AI models.
