The Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones (DANAT) has launched its new Micro Summary Report, a concise, display-ready companion to its Pearl and Gemstone Identification Report.

The report is designed to enhance jewelry presentation and boost customer confidence at the point of sale.

The Micro Summary Report addresses a growing need within the jewelry sector for clear, accessible, and immediately visible certification details, particularly in retail stores where full technical reports are not always practical to display alongside items.

The new optional add-on provides a concise summary of key identification results, allowing jewelers to present certified information directly with each jewelry piece. This supports more efficient sales transactions, strengths transparency and helps customers make informed purchasing decisions with greater confidence.

The Micro Summary Report is available for both new and existing DANAT Identification reports and includes a clear summary of key findings, built-in security features and direct linkage to the full digital report for detailed results.

Noora Jamsheer, Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones (DANAT), said that, “In today’s jewelry market, customers expect immediate access to trusted information at the point of purchase. The Micro Summary Report bridges the gap between detailed gemological reports and real-world retail needs enabling jewelers to present certified information in a clear, accessible and practical way while maintaining the integrity of the corresponding full DANAT Identification Report.”

The Micro Summary Report reflects a wider market trend towards greater transparency, traceability and independent verification of jewelry, as end-consumers increasingly seek assurance on the authenticity of pearls, and gemstones, as per the statement.
