The Dubai Land Department (DLD) in partnership with the real estate investment company Strategic Holding initiated the ‘Invest in Dubai Real Estate’ program.
DLD, through its Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector, brings one of the most prominent real estate promotion programs in Dubai. The authority is planning to unveil this unique interactive session from 11 November to 20 November 2020, as it launches its very first virtual edition that will bring a truly unparalleled experience for the real estate community worldwide.
‘Invest in Dubai Real Estate’ is expected to bring unique experience as it will combine advanced virtual technology within digital platforms that will boost the real estate industry of Dubai. As the program is planned to be conducted along with the International Property Show it will also have the added benefit of attracting additional networks to the industry.
Being conducted via a virtual platform means that all boundaries are wiped out as exhibitors, developers, investors and other professionals from various parts of the world can participate in the program. The event targets to widen investment opportunities for the regional real estate market, to further boost economic growth and sustainability in Dubai.
The event will present various innovation strategies to present Dubai as a desirable investment hub for local and international investors. By implementing virtual reality, the participants will get an outstanding experience to explore the world-class infrastructure, business hubs and other amazing aspects that will improve Dubai’s prestige as an ideal investment ground.
