The Emirati airport services provider dnata and Singapore’s flag carrier, Singapore Airlines are expanding their long-standing partnership in the UAE to strengthen the commercial operations of the airline group beyond Dubai.
The dnata Representation Services, part of the dnata Travel Group, has been selected to provide a comprehensive range of sales, marketing and contact center services to Singapore’s flag carrier as its general sales agent (GSA) in the Northern Emirates, following more than 45 years of their successful cooperation in Dubai.
The partnership will see the team at dnata Representation Services act as the essential link between Singapore Airlines and local trade to support its commercial operations beyond Dubai, to extend across Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm al-Quwain.
The Representation Services’ broad marketing, sales and operational expertise, and experience will help the carrier to enhance its market presence in the UAE amidst a highly competitive business environment.
