Doha Bank and Ooredoo have entered into a strategic partnership in order to expand their loyalty programs, Doha Miles and Nojoom Points.
The announcement was made at Web Summit Qatar 2026, one of the world’s most influential technology gatherings, highlighting a shared vision for innovation and enhanced customer experiences.
Through this partnership, Doha Bank and Ooredoo will work together to build an integrated loyalty ecosystem.
According to the statement, the c ustomers of either institution will now have the opportunity to seamlessly convert their accumulated Doha Miles into Nojoom Points, offering them increased flexibility in how they earn and utilize their rewards.
Furthermore, this collaboration not only makes it easier for customers to accumulate and redeem points, but also broadens their options for redemption across an expanding network of merchant partners in Qatar.
