US President Donald Trump has arrived in Saudi Arabia, the first stop of his official tour to three of the GCC Countries, to reaffirm and resolute investment cooperation.
The four-day trip, of which the next destination is the UAE and Qatar, will explore strong investment opportunities in the field of energy, infrastructure, technology and defense.
Donald Trump visits Saudi Arabia along with powerful tech leaders, including Tesla CEO and Trump adviser Elon Musk, and will meet with the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), and visit the Saudi-US Investment Forum.

The Saudi-US Investment Forum is being held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, and will bring together major Saudi and American investors to celebrate a partnership that has been nearly a century in the making.
The visit also counts on the long-standing relation between US and Saudi, as it is noted that American investors have played a key role in the Saudi economy, representing around $54 billion of FDI stock in the Kingdom, nearly one in every four dollars of FDI in Saudi Arabia. American FDI to Saudi Arabia has risen rapidly, with the US representing the largest source of FDI to the Kingdom.
In turn, Saudi Arabia has played a central role in helping to ensure a stable and reliable global energy market that underpinned American prosperity, while also remaining a major investor in the United States, including sectors from oil refining and petrochemicals to startups in Silicon Valley.

This visit follows the deal signed between the United States and China to cut tariffs by 115 percent for at least 90 days as both countries seek to ease their trade war.
President Donald Trump has also made an announcement that sparked debates across the Middle East, that the United States will now refer to the Persian Gulf as the Arabian Gulf or the Gulf of Arabia, according to two US officials. Trump also stated that the decision will be taken during this tour.
