Dubai Airports has unfolded a new QR code-based pickup service called ‘DXB Greet & Go’ at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3, modernizing the way guests are welcomed in the Arrivals area by replacing traditional paging with a seamless, technology-driven experience.
Developed for guests arriving in Dubai with pre-booked hotel, limousine, or tour operator services, ‘DXB Greet & Go’ enables them to view details of their assigned driver and vehicle, including parking location and car registration number, simply by scanning a unique QR code at the designated kiosk.
The guests will then by assisted by multilingual employees directly to their assigned driver and vehicle. Located in the Arrivals area of Terminal 3, this service offers a secure, organized meeting point in line with DXB’s service and security standards.
This also reduces congestion, enhances the flow of guests while creating a more professional and personalized welcome experience.

The service can be accessed by licensed hotels, limousine service providers, and tour operators in Dubai. Businesses can register their drivers and vehicles on the DXB Greet & Go portal and provide guests with a personalized QR code before their arrival.
