Dubai Chambers has hosted a high-level Montenegro delegation at its headquarters for discussions aimed at strengthening investment relations and expanding economic cooperation between Dubai and Montenegro.
HE Majda Adžović, the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Montenegro, led the delegation.
The meeting focused on identifying new avenues for collaboration between the two sides, with particular emphasis on enhancing bilateral investment flows and fostering partnerships that support the growth of business communities in both markets.
HE Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, pointed out the necessity of deepening economic engagement and exploring opportunities for cooperation, particularly in Montenegro’s infrastructure sector.

The CEO reaffirmed Dubai Chambers’ commitment to supporting Montenegrin companies and enabling them to leverage Dubai’s competitive advantages, including its advanced infrastructure, business-friendly environment, and strong connectivity, as they expand into regional and global markets.
Lootah noted that, “We are continuing to strengthen channels of communication between the business communities in Dubai and Montenegro while working to unlock new opportunities for sustainable economic partnerships that support investment in the infrastructure sector, an area in which Dubai has extensive expertise.”
The discussions also explored mechanisms to boost mutual investment flows, encourage joint ventures, and facilitate greater collaboration between companies in both regions.
Both sides noted the importance of utilizing emerging global opportunities to drive innovation, sustainability, and long-term economic growth.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to building on the growing momentum in bilateral economic relations and enhancing ongoing engagement between the private sectors of Dubai and Montenegro.
