Dubai CommerCity, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region’s first dedicated eCommerce free zone, has entered into a partnership deal with Khaleej Digital, Dubai-based end-to-end digital agency, to develop tailored eCommerce strategies for local and international brands.
The partnership aims to support the growth of eCommerce businesses in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As part of the deal, Khaleej Digital will support Dubai CommerCity in leading its customers’ digital transformation journey by designing, planning and executing an eCommerce strategy that supports their success.
By exchanging knowledge and expertise, the two entities will offer the free zone’s customers an array of exceptional services including defining the company’s business objectives, strategy and business model, an eCommerce platform with various offerings like evaluation, selection, technical audit, and solution design, project management, advisory on operations and logistics, and website UI/UX and development, including payment gateways and integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and third-party providers.
