As we get closer to Expo 2020, the population in the Residential District is also expected to increase in the years to come. Dubai South Properties has also brought up a payment plan that includes a 5 percent booking fee and a 2 percent DLD waiver. Additionally, payment for units will occur in two phases, 50 percent during construction and 50 percent over two years post-completion.
