UAE-based multinational telecom services operator Etisalat’s Smiles is expanding its portfolio by launching food order and delivery services in the emirates, following its constant efforts to innovate and enhance the customer experience.
With the new delivery service, customers can now order food from restaurants, earn and redeem Smiles points on their food deliveries as well as enjoy unique discount deals. As per Etisalat, over 2,500 restaurants are currently delivering food through the app.
Customers ordering food through the app can earn one Smiles point for every $0.27 (AED1) on card payments. With the Smiles app, Etisalat will not only be able to widen its engagement in various sectors but also to boost the possibility of earning and redeeming points for a service that is frequently used regularly.
