Abu Dhabi-based real estate service provider, FAB Properties and Abu Dhabi Energy Services Company (ADES), a subsidiary of the Emirate’s national energy company, TAQA, have signed an agreement to help reduce electricity and water consumption within its facilities and buildings.
Under the agreement, ADES will help in the rehabilitation of facilities and buildings of FAB Properties through solutions aimed at reducing electricity and water consumption, and enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of energy resources.
The deal comes in line with global efforts aimed at building a more sustainable and prosperous future. The content and objectives of this partnership are following the Abu Dhabi Strategy for Demand Side Management and Energy Efficiency 2030, the companies added.

We look forward to cooperating closely with the Abu Dhabi Energy Services Company, to work on evaluating the trends of electricity and water consumption in our facilities, and to prepare an accurate action plan that contributes to building a more sustainable future for all.”
Mr. Khalid Mohammed Al Qubaisi, CEO of ADES, stated that this important partnership with FAB Properties enables the firm to implement the latest electricity-saving technologies in its various buildings and facilities.
