Ajman Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Bonds Corporation (National Bonds) to explore cooperation opportunities in financial solutions, customer services, and savings initiatives.

The agreement provides a framework for both organizations to identify potential areas of collaboration, including customer-focused financial solutions, joint marketing activities, value-added services, and initiatives supporting savings and financial planning.

The partnership is aligned with the efforts of Ajman Bank and National Bonds to develop Shari’ah-compliant solutions and enhance access to financial services for customers across the UAE.

The two organizations will explore opportunities to support financial awareness and savings practices by combining National Bonds’ savings solutions with Ajman Bank’s banking services and customer network.

Mohammed Qasim Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of National Bonds, said that the partnership reflects the commitment of both organizations to providing Shari’ah-compliant solutions that support individuals in building long-term financial security.

Al Ali added that National Bonds will work with Ajman Bank to combine its savings expertise with the bank’s banking capabilities to support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Mustafa Al Khalfawi, Chief Executive Officer of Ajman Bank, emphasized that the collaboration aligns with the bank’s focus on delivering innovative and Shari’ah-compliant financial solutions for customers.

The MoU provides a platform to explore opportunities to enhance banking products and services while supporting sustainable growth and customer value.

The agreement marks the start of a collaborative framework between Ajman Bank and National Bonds, with both organizations set to explore initiatives focused on improving customer experience, supporting financial empowerment, and contributing to the UAE’s financial services sector.
