Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have explored ways to strengthen defense and military cooperation between their countries.
During the meeting, Kuwait’s Defense Minister, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al Salem Al Sabah, and his Saudi counterpart, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, reviewed the current security conditions of both nations.
The Kuwaiti minister reaffirmed his country’s support for Saudi Arabia and stressed the importance of enhanced coordination to reinforce security and stability across the region.
According to the reports, this exchange underscores the ongoing commitment of both nations to strengthen their defense ties and maintain stability in the Middle East.

Furthermore, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman and Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah recently held a phone call during which they reaffirmed their ongoing efforts to enhance coordination among Gulf states.
The two leaders discussed strategies to preserve regional security and stability, emphasizing the importance of collective action in addressing current challenges in the Gulf. Both emphasized their commitment to further strengthening ties and cooperation between their countries and within the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Sheikh Sabah Khaled emphasized the need to maintain shared security and fully reject any actions that could harm Saudi Arabia amid regional tensions.
He stated that ‘an attack on Gulf countries is an attack on Kuwait,’ and highlighted that “through the wisdom of our leaders, we will overcome this period with strength and resilience.”
Kuwaiti Crown Prince also stressed the importance of enhancing Gulf coordination to ensure the safety and stability of the region.
