Lamea Association and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) have signed a Knowledge Partnership Agreement to support the national program, Lamea.
The agreement was signed by Shaikha Dhowa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of Lamea Association, and Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, CEO of BIBF.
Under this partnership, BIBF will provide specialised training programmes in communication, digital transformation, and project management to prepare Bahraini youth for leadership roles and national development.
The collaboration aligns with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 and aims to equip youth with relevant skills for the future.

Lamea Initiative
Launched in 2021 under His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Lamea focuses on developing outstanding Bahraini youth for professional and personal growth.
The initiative aims to identify and nurture a new generation of exceptional youth, motivating them to elevate their performance and potential both professionally and personally. It also empowers them to participate in various activities and projects aligned with the vision of the Lamea Association, which operates under the umbrella of the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
