Salah bin Nasser Al-Alawi Director General Ibri Industrial City
“Madayn is preparing during the eleventh five-year development plan (2026-2030) to implement a group of projects, including the security fence project, the administrative building, the Madayn Pioneer Complex in cooperation with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, and the project to protect the services area in the industrial city, in addition to the project to increase the green space in the city (afforestation). The work is underway to complete the integrated services station project, which includes a fuel filling station, a rest area, and a station to serve trucks and cars, which will benefit companies, workers, nearby residential neighborhoods, and those using the road adjacent to the industrial city.”
Ibri Industrial City continues to focus on strengthening its investment environment by ensuring the availability of essential infrastructure and services, including roads, lighting networks, electricity, water supply, and sewage systems.
The industrial zone is seeking to attract a wide range of industrial, commercial, and service activities, with a particular emphasis on light and medium industries across various sectors.
Located in a strategic area within Al Dhahirah Governorate, the city benefits from its position along active trade routes and its proximity to border crossings with both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, enhancing its potential as a hub for regional trade and industrial investment.
