Mandarin Oriental, Doha re-certified with Green Key Award for 2022

Mandarin Oriental, Doha, an intimate and stylish urban retreat operated by the global brand Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG), has been recertified with the Green Key Award by Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC) for the year 2022, Following its initial certification in the 2020.

The Green Key award is the leading standard of excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry.

QGBC is a non-profit, membership-driven organization providing leadership and encouraging collaboration in conducting environmentally sustainable practices for green building design and development in Qatar.

This prestigious eco-label represents the commitment by businesses that their tourism establishments adhere to the strict criteria as specified by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). The high sustainable standards expected of Green Key establishments are maintained through strict documentation and frequent audits.
