Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has been awarded the Best Innovative Public Sector Project at the Global Innovation Awards ceremony, organized by the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), recognizing its significant contributions to advancing government services and community impact.
MBRHE earned the Gold Award in the Public Sector category, surpassing 24 government entities worldwide that competed in the same segment. This achievement highlights its leadership and advanced approach in adopting and implementing best practices in public service delivery.
The award was granted for the ‘Smart Housing Experience’ initiative, a landmark project aimed at transforming the housing services ecosystem through advanced digital solutions.
The initiative has produced clear results, including simplified procedures, faster service delivery, and improved customer satisfaction, showcasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented solutions.
MBRHE stated that this accomplishment reflects its commitment to making innovation a central pillar of service development, noting that the ‘Smart Housing Experience’ serves as a forward-looking model for delivering integrated and sustainable government services that align with citizens’ expectations and reinforce Dubai’s global standing in innovation and quality of life.
The establishment added that this international recognition supports its progress toward achieving the goals of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 and the Dubai Social Agenda 2033 by simplifying access to housing services, reducing time and effort, and enhancing quality of life, family stability, and overall community wellbeing.
The initiative stands out for its ability to provide integrated and scalable solutions, along with measurable community impact, key factors that secured it first place in its category.
