UAE’s fastest-growing property developer, Arada has partnered with American multinational technology company Microsoft to accelerate its digital transformation and improve experiences for its customers and business managers.

As per the company statement, it will leverage the Microsoft Cloud for the digital transformation. MS Dynamics 365 platform will be at the core of Arada’s digital transformation, which the property developer will use as the enterprise resource planning backbone to digitize business processes across business units in finance, procurement, human resources, projects, commerce or retail, and home services.

Furthermore, Arada has chosen Microsoft Office Suite as its unified communication tool, allowing staff and business partners to collaborate digitally.

The developer company is embracing a Cloud-First strategy, using the Microsoft Azure hosting platform for data storage and management to allow the use of Azure Warehouse, machine learning (ML), and AI technologies, providing real-time data analytics and business insights to the company.

“Arada is a builder of communities. To develop market-leading experiences that enrich and inspire our residents, we focus on leveraging the power of technology to create a strong sense of a sustainable community. Design is, of course, important; amenities are important; price points are important. But technology can take us in exciting new directions. With Microsoft’s support, we expect to reap rich dividends from becoming a digitally enabled enterprise.”

Mr. Haider Salloum, Small Medium and Corporate Lead at Microsoft UAE said, “Microsoft has a strong history in regional real estate technology solutions, particularly in the areas of construction project management and facilities management. Office, Dynamics, and Azure are key components of business agility. Once Arada has made the move to the trusted, versatile, intelligent Microsoft Cloud, it will be able to engage customers, empower employees, optimize operations, and reinvent products and services.”

“Today, Arada has placed its trust in Microsoft solutions for building the foundations of a digital business. In the future, I am confident the company will see its move to the Microsoft Cloud as a key step on the road to success,” Mr. Salloum added.

Arada is widening its growth scope, which is now worth over $8.9 billion (AED 33 billion), and diversifying into new industry verticals such as retail and leasing, asset management, and leisure and entertainment. The firm believes that investing in dependable technology infrastructure is critical to achieving its digital transformation objectives.
