Mubasher Capital Bahrain has announced that Bahraini women now make up 47 percent of its workforce, marking a significant achievement in the financial and banking sector.

This development highlights the growing presence and influence of women in the financial and banking industry, reflecting a broader trend toward gender inclusivity and empowerment.

Furthermore, this achievement also embodies the policies adopted by the Supreme Council for Women under the leadership of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, may God protect her.
