Qatar’s Estithmar Holding pens MoU to establish Qatari-Algerian Hospital

Qatar-based Estithmar Holding has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Directorate of Health and Population for Algeria in order to establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital.

The 400-bed capacity medical facility is being built in Algiers in partnership with healthcare leader, Elegance Healthcare.

According to the statement, “This comes after the directives of leaders of the State of Qatar and The Republic of Algeria to enrich the relationship between the countries and enhance the development of the healthcare sector in Algeria under Estithmar’s strategic planning in market expansions.”

The MoU was signed by Mr. Lehalali Lehalali, Director of Health and Population of Algeria, and Mr. Mohamed Moataz Al-Khayyat, Chairman of Estithmar Holding.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Al-Khayyat said that, “To reflect the depth of the relationship between the two countries and based on our international expansion strategy, Elegancia Healthcare will establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital, a 400-bed medical facility in Algiers.”
