Rafid Automotive Solutions is a subsidiary of Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah. This top-tier recognition places Rafid among the highest-rated vehicle service providers in the country.
The accreditation system, launched to elevate service quality across the automotive maintenance sector, supports the UAE Government’s aim of ensuring equitable access to safe, reliable, and high-standard services for all residents.
Rafid Vehicle Repair earned the rating after meeting a comprehensive set of criteria. These include the scope of services provided, workshop infrastructure, staff qualifications, the use of quality spare parts, and the availability of approved tools and diagnostic equipment.
The evaluation also covered health and safety compliance, operational documentation, environmental conditions, and geographic accessibility, factors designed to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
