Rafid Automotive Solutions has signed a cooperation agreement with Shory, a digital insurance platform, to enhance customer experience by offering seamless, integrated digital services across the automotive and insurance sectors in Sharjah.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Jumaa Al Mashrakh, Managing Director of Rafid Automotive Solutions, and Aoun Al Smadi, Chief Executive Officer of Shory.
The collaboration aims to combine Rafid’s extensive expertise in vehicle services with Shory’s advanced digital insurance solutions, enabling customers to complete key automotive and insurance transactions quickly and efficiently through a unified digital platform.
Rafid, operating under Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah, offers a wide range of vehicle-related services, including roadside assistance, vehicle technical inspections, and other support solutions designed to improve driver safety and convenience.

The partnership will allow customers to obtain vehicle insurance immediately after completing inspection procedures, streamlining processes such as insurance renewal and vehicle registration. This integrated service model is expected to reduce administrative steps while saving time and effort for customers.
In addition to improving operational efficiency, the collaboration is expected to strengthen competitiveness within the automotive services market by introducing innovative digital solutions designed to enhance customer loyalty and support long-term growth.
Shory has established itself as a specialized digital insurance platform offering a wide range of insurance products, including motor, home, travel, and health coverage.
The company has also expanded its operations across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, positioning it as a strong partner to support Rafid Automotive Solutions’ efforts to modernize services and enhance the overall customer journey.
