The Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), the Kingdom’s national defense and security champion and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has concluded its participation at the Defense and Security Equipment International (DSEI UK) 2025, showcasing its growing global presence and commitment to advancing world-class defense capabilities.
The DSEI 2025 event was held at ExCeL London from September 9 to 12. DSEI is recognized as one of the most prominent global events in the defense and security industry. The event gathers key industry players including companies, manufacturers, experts, and military officials to showcase the latest technological innovations and foster cooperation and future partnerships.
At the exhibition, SAMI-AEC showcased its latest defense innovations across three critical domains: C4I, Electronic Warfare (EW) & Radars, Communication Systems, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
These cutting-edge technologies underscore its dedication to developing indigenous solutions. It showcased its latest capabilities in the field of MRO, as a pivotal pillar for ensuring operational readiness and extending the service life of defense assets.
Furthermore, SAMI Land showcased its advanced Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities for land systems, emphasizing its role in ensuring operational readiness, sustainability, and efficiency of military ground assets.
At the same time, SAMI Advanced Electronics and Aeronautics Industries, the largest aerospace MRO provider in the region, highlighted its extensive expertise in delivering comprehensive MRO solutions for aircraft and aerospace components, underscoring its leadership in supporting the longevity, safety, and performance of airborne platforms.

Saudi Arabian Military Industries’ growing leadership in MRO is vital for enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of the Kingdom’s defense infrastructure, reducing reliance on external support, and building a self-sufficient defense ecosystem. As Saudi Arabia’s leading national defense champion, participation in DSEI 2025 reflects its unwavering commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030’s ambitious goal of localizing 50 percent of the Kingdom’s defense spending.
The defense body is leveraging this significant opportunity to highlight the remarkable growth and transformation within the Kingdom’s defense sector, fostering innovation; empowering national talent; providing advanced solutions based on sustainability, flexibility, and technological sovereignty; and consolidating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s position on the global stage.
