Saudi Arabia’s Geidea enters into partnership with Gastro-Trends

Saudi Arabia-based leading fintech company, Geidea has entered into a partnership with Gastro-Trends, the food & beverage (F&B) arm of MDLBEAST, in order to provide point-of-sale (POS) solutions at the region’s biggest music festival MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022.

The company said in a statement that “the partnership with Gastro-Trends will see the supply of Geidea point-of-sale and Geidea Pay across F&B outlets.”

As part of the collaboration, Geidea will provide a POS restaurant management system and payment terminals at the international star-studded events, with 600 terminals serving more than 150 merchants and brands on site.

MDLBEAST is a global and creative platform setting the tone for music, art, and culture and shifting the epicenter of underground music. “Starting with Saudi and echoing outwards, MDLBEAST supports artists in creating experiences that move people and, in turn, make people move,” as per the company.
