The Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM) has been recognized as the Best Export Financing Solutions Provider and the Best Export Credit Insurance Provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the 2024 International Finance Awards, held in Dubai, UAE.

These prestigious accolades highlight the bank’s critical role in shaping and advancing a wide range of financial solutions, particularly in the areas of export financing and export credit insurance. By offering innovative initiatives tailored to the unique needs of exporters, the bank plays a pivotal part in boosting the flow of Saudi Arabia’s non-oil exports.

According to the statement, these efforts are specifically crafted to strengthen the global competitiveness of Saudi exports across international, regional, and global markets, ensuring that local businesses can access the financial support needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected and competitive global economy.

The Saudi EXIM Bank, a key entity affiliated with the National Development Fund (NDF), plays a vital role in diversifying the Kingdom’s economic base. Through its efforts to improve the efficiency of Saudi non-oil exports, bridge financing gaps, and mitigate export risks, the bank actively supports the expansion of the non-oil sector.

This strategic focus directly contributes to the growth of the national economy, in full alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to reduce dependence on oil exports and foster sustainable economic development across various sectors.

Recently, Saudi EXIM secured a $15 million credit line agreement with Bank Alfalah Limited in Pakistan to boost the flow and competitiveness of Saudi non-oil exports in the Pakistani market.
