Saudi Falcons Club, Sela to build an Exhibition & Leisure Complex in Riyadh

The Saudi Falcons Club, a public benefit entity that works to preserve and celebrate falconry heritage both regionally and globally, will collaborate with Sela, the first fully-fledged sports marketing and management firm in the Kingdom to develop an exhibition center and leisure complex at the Falcons Club’s headquarters in Malham, North Riyadh.

The partnership agreement was signed by HE Hossam bin Abdulmohsin Al-Hazimy, CEO of Saudi Falcons Club, and Dr. Rakan Al Harthy, Sela Managing Director.

Under the terms of the long-term investment agreement, Sela will invest 9.3 million square meters of total land and will develop an international exhibition center, desert resort, and commercial markets.

The development will include an airstrip to receive international delegates and the facility to operate and manage the leasing of the hotels, resorts, and commercial spaces.

In addition to increasing the revenue potential of the Saudi Falcons Club, the agreement also facilitates the organization of activities and events that contribute to the propagation and strengthening of the Saudi Falconry tradition.

The Exhibition Center will be spearheading world-renowned events for falconers inside and outside the country, helping to preserve the traditions associated with falcon culture and pass on this knowledge to the next generation.
