Saudi Arabi-based leading HR consultancy, KABI Technologies has acquired UAE-based AI-powered recruitment technology solutions provider BLOOVO in the largest acquisition of its kind in the HR technology sector in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Through this acquisition, KABI and BLOOVO aim to help clients create and manage talent acquisition solutions, as well as to leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to boost applicant experience and recruitment.
KABI explained that this acquisition has contributed to the creation of a huge regional entity specialized in providing exceptional solutions that support the digital transformation of the human resources sector in the Kingdom, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
