Oman’s SOHAR Port and Freezone has won the prestigious ‘RoSPA Gold Sector Award for Health and Safety’ 2025 for the second consecutive year.

This esteemed award is presented by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), the UK’s largest and most respected safety awards program. Sponsored by NEBOSH, RoSPA Awards honor organizations, teams and projects across various sectors for their dedication to protecting lives.

Every year, the award attracts nearly 2,000 entries from more than 50 countries, impacting over seven million employees around the world, highlighting the significance of this achievement.

SOHAR’s achievement reflects its unwavering commitment to fostering a safe, efficient, and sustainability-driven operational culture.
