This milestone is designed to further streamline access to more than 1,000 digital services offered by a wide range of government entities, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s commitment to comprehensive digital transformation.
Furthermore, it aligns closely with the goals of Vision 2030, which prioritizes innovation, efficiency, and citizen-centric governance.
By enabling seamless global access through a unified national platform, the initiative also strengthens the Kingdom’s position as a global leader in the delivery of integrated digital government services.
Tawakkalna provides diverse services to a wide range of users, including citizens, residents, and visitors, offering digital access to official documents such as passports, national IDs, and work cards.
According to the statement, “For international pilgrims, the app also offers educational features and tools to navigate services related to Umrah, including permit viewing, service guidance, crowd density updates, and optimal visiting times for the Two Holy Mosques and the Noble Rawdah. Umrah pilgrims can also book permits while still in their home countries before traveling to the Kingdom.”
As a fully integrated digital platform, Tawakkalna has significantly improved the quality of life by facilitating easy access to government services across critical sectors, including education, healthcare, justice, tourism, and entertainment.
It also offers a wide array of features that help save users time and effort through a highly reliable, technologically advanced interface. Tawakkalna currently serves more than 34 million users, with over one million active users daily.
