This accreditation allows the academy to offer its certified camps and educational programs using various tools and methodologies of the ServiceNow platform through the Partner and Global Learning and Development portals.

The specialized learning tracks include IT service management, IT asset management, information security, response operations, application development on the platform, workflow automation using Flow Designer, as well as professional development programs.
