Twitter allies with WebMD to provide healthcare contents

Twitter has entered into a partnership with the health care platform WebMD to educate users on health issues.

With this new partnership, more WebMD content will appear in Twitter feed along with video content and Twitter moments. The new partnership aims to guide users on health-related topics, highlight life stories of patients, cope-up with chronic conditions and other health concerns.

The Group Vice President of WebMD, Paul Bar expressed their happiness to partner with a social media platform to create a difference in the lives of users. The partnership will aid the medical platform to promote their medically reviewed health content to inform and inspire the users.

The new alliance would initiate timed and seasonal twitter feeds and health awareness programs to engage the users which include videos by WebMD, myth busters, patient stories and medical animation.
