The UAE Cyber Security Council (CSC), in collaboration with its national strategic cybersecurity partner CPX Holding, has launched the ‘UAE Cyber Factory’ to strengthen the country’s digital leadership and reinforce its cyber sovereignty.

The initiative comes as cyber threats continue to increase in scale and complexity, with the UAE Cyber Security Council reporting more than 800,000 daily cyberattacks in recent months.

The rising volume of attacks has underscored the urgency of developing stronger and more adaptive defense systems to protect national infrastructure and maintain public trust.

The UAE Cyber Factory is designed to enhance the country’s ability to anticipate, detect, and respond to sophisticated cyber threats targeting both government institutions and individuals. It will focus on building next-generation cybersecurity capabilities through advanced programs, technologies, and systems powered by artificial intelligence, enabling faster and more precise responses to evolving digital risks.

The UAE Cyber Factory will operate as a fully sovereign integrated ecosystem, giving the country end-to-end ownership of its cybersecurity capabilities. It aims to enhance digital independence while improving national readiness to proactively counter cyber threats and safeguard critical systems.

Through this initiative, the UAE Cyber Security Council and CPX Holding seek to drive a structural transformation in the UAE’s cybersecurity landscape, aligned with the country’s goal of developing globally competitive cybersecurity solutions locally.
