The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Healthpoint, part of the M42 Group, to provide world-class healthcare services to its employees and their families while fostering a supportive and healthy work environment.
The partnership aims to enhance access to specialized medical services aligned with internationally recognized healthcare standards and best practices.
Under the agreement, Healthpoint will offer MoFA employees a suite of exclusive benefits, including priority appointment scheduling, options to bypass waiting lists, access to additional specialist consultations, particularly for surgeries, and alternative treatment plans with supportive care options.
Employees will also receive 15 percent discounts on outpatient and inpatient services not covered by health insurance, alongside regular updates on Healthpoint’s services and offerings.
The collaboration will extend to organizing health-focused events, such as specialized medical screenings, virtual sessions, and workshops on public health and healthy lifestyle practices, in line with global health observances.
The MoU was signed by Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Ali Anees, Chief Operating Officer UAE and Bahrain of M42’s Global Patient Care platform.
