The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) to deliver a dedicated insurance program for ministry employees and their families.

The program provides insurance solutions to meet the needs of employees and their families while expanding the range of benefits available to ministry staff.

The initiative also supports the objectives of the UAE’s ‘Year of the Family,’ which focuses on family wellbeing and social stability.

The MoU was signed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters in Abu Dhabi by Dr. Sultan Abdullah Al Yamahi, Director of the Employee Happiness Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Jugal Madaan, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC).

Under the agreement, the insurance program will be implemented in phases. It will initially offer motor insurance products before expanding to include additional personal insurance solutions.

The program will provide MoFA employees and their families with insurance coverage, preferential benefits, and customer services delivered by ADNIC.

Dr. Sultan Abdullah Al Yamahi said that the initiative strengthens family well-being by providing services and benefits that contribute to the quality of life of government employees and their families.

Al Yamahi added that the ministry will continue to introduce initiatives that provide integrated and flexible services for employees while supporting a positive working environment.

The agreement reflects cooperation between government entities and private sector organizations in delivering employee benefit programs.

Jugal Madaan, Acting Chief Executive Officer of ADNIC, remarked that the company will provide insurance solutions tailored to the needs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs employees and their families under the agreement.

Madaan noted that the partnership also supports ADNIC’s work with government entities by providing insurance services designed for public sector employees.
