UAE’s APPSTIRR brings out SaaS-based real estate solution ‘MORFOW’

APPSTIRR, the top-ranked mobile app development company in UAE, has launched Dubai’s first SaaS-based solution for Real Estate Developers, ‘MORFOW’ to address the complex process of managing clients and real estate projects.

The MORFOW solution aims to facilitate the client and project management process through four basic steps, including lead management, client account administration, invoicing and receipts, and online payments.

APPSTIRR made its entrance into the UAE’s market following the country’s boom in technology and digital transformation, offering premium application development across a variety of platforms for a better user experience. 

According to Dubai’s Department of Economic Development, Expo 2020 has significantly increased the real estate sector, with a market growth of 3.1 percent for 2021 and a forecasted minimum 3.4 percent increase in 2022. 

In the last eight months, Dubai has recorded 37,537 sales transactions worth $23.9 billion, up 22.61 percent compared with the whole of last year, according to the listings portal Property Finder.

“During MORFOW’s pilot phase with a UK-based developer, the developer managed to reduce their administrative and customer service overhead by up to 80 percent. That company currently manages 10,000 units through MORFOW and has more than 2,000 clients using their application,” Mr. Hady Sheikh, Chief Strategy Officer of APPSTIRR said.
