The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Youth Authority (FYA) to enhance youth participation in the business sector and support entrepreneurial development across the UAE.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Global Entrepreneurship Festival 2026 by HE Ali Mohammed Al Marzouqi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, and HE Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Authority.

Framework to support young entrepreneurs

The MoU establishes a strategic cooperation framework focused on empowering young talent and enabling the development of entrepreneurial ventures.

It aims to create structured pathways for youth to contribute more actively to the national economy.

Key areas of collaboration include joint events, conferences, workshops, and forums designed to promote knowledge exchange and research.

The agreement also covers practical training programs and field experiences to enhance skills development, along with initiatives targeting high-growth sectors.

“This agreement reflects the Abu Dhabi Chamber’s commitment to youth empowerment. Investing in young talent is a cornerstone of building a diversified, sustainable economy. Through this partnership, we are creating an environment for nurturing skills, turning ideas into successful ventures, and strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position as a global business hub.”

HE Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi noted that, “This partnership is an important step in unifying national efforts to empower youth through quality programs that build capabilities and expand participation across economic sectors. We are committed to working with our partners to create a supportive environment where young people can realize their ambitions and contribute meaningfully to the UAE’s economic development.”

The agreement also aligns initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council with programs led by the Federal Youth Authority, expanding opportunities for young entrepreneurs to engage in economic development activities.
