Founded in 2022, Labib AI has developed proprietary technologies spanning healthcare, smart cities, computer vision, large language models and enterprise automation. The company brings together academic research and applied AI solutions designed for government and private sector organizations.
The acquisition will integrate Labib AI’s talent, intellectual property and technologies into 9Yards X, combining research expertise with enterprise-scale deployment to accelerate AI innovation across strategic sectors.
